*Terms & Conditions – Matalan Me x Inghams Lapland Santa Breaks Prize Draw

1. This prize draw is promoted by Matalan Retail Ltd (registered number: 02103564) ("Matalan") with their registered office at Perimeter Road, Knowsley Industrial Park, Liverpool, L33 7SZ. By entering this prize draw, you are deemed to accept these terms.

2. This prize draw opens at 00:00am on Sunday 7th December 2025 and closes at 23:59 on Wednesday 24th December 2025.

3. Entrants to this prize draw must be Matalan Me, residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of Matalan Retail Ltd, employees and officers of Inghams or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. An entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once.

How to enter:
4. The prize draw will be hosted at https://cloud.matalanemail.co.uk/prizedrawLL2641 and https://cloud.matalanemail.co.uk/competitionsLL2641
5. Entrants will need to be signed up to Matalan Me, but do not need to opt in to Matalan Me or Inghams marketing to enter the prize draw.
6. Entrants must enter their name and email address in the web form and press submit to enter the prize draw and agree that they consent to the T&Cs of the prize draw. Entrants will be automatically entered by clicking 'SUBMIT'.
7. In order to be entered into the prize draw, the entrant must have provided (whether when entering this prize draw or previously) either a valid telephone number or valid email address by which the Promoter and Prize Provider may contact the entrant.
8. Entrants' details will be used to administer the prize draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Matalan privacy policy, see https://www.matalan.co.uk/customer-services/privacy.list and the Company privacy policy, see https://www.inghams.co.uk/legal/privacy-policy
9. When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Matalan. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Matalan for the purposes of marketing (which may include news of products and services including store events, offers, promotions and sale information, which we feel will be of interest to you, from Matalan).
10. Entries will be accepted via the Matalan web form between 00:00am on Sunday 7th December 2025 until 11:59pm on Wednesday 24th December 2025 only. Entries after 24th December 2025 will not be accepted.
11. One entry per person.
12. No purchase necessary.
13. Matalan shall not be responsible for and shall not have to accept entries which do not reach it before the closing time or are illegible, incomplete or corrupted.

Choosing a Winner:
14. There will be 1 lucky winner of the prize draw.
15. The prize draw will take place within 14 days of Wednesday 24th December 2025.
16. The winners will be randomly selected through a computer-generated process.
17. The winners of the prize draw will be notified by Matalan Retail Ltd using the email address which they used to enter the prize draw or using the other contact details provided to us within 14 days after the closing time for the prize draw. We will try our best to contact the winners during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received.
18. The winners will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize within 7 days of having been notified with their postal address to which to send the physical gift card. Details on how to claim will be provided with the winner's notification.
19. Winners must have claimed their prize within 7 days of being notified. If a winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received. Winners must have a valid email address to claim their prize.
20. The winner will be expected to take part in reasonable publicity associated with the promotion, including but not limited to the Promoter publishing the winner's first name, date of their win and county of residence on the Promoter's website, email and its social media. In accepting the prize, you agree to take part in such promotional activity.
21. The Company may ask the winners if they're happy to share a photo of themselves and give permission for the Company or Matalan to share this along with their first name and country for marketing purposes. If you object to the Company or Matalan doing this or would like to request that the amount of information published is reduced, please let the Company know when claiming your prize.

The Prize:

22. The winner will win an Inghams Lapland Santa Breaks prize consisting:
i. 3-night Santa Breaks holiday for a family for 4, departing in 2026
ii. adding another person would be at the cost of the winner and subject to availability. Once a winner is selected, they can speak to the Lapland specialists to advise on costs and availability.
iii. Includes return flights from Gatwick, Manchester or Bristol with overseas transfers
iv. 3 nights half-board accommodation in either Yllas or Levi resorts
v. A half-day visit to Santa's Elves Hideaway with a private family meeting with Santa, and a gift for every child
vi. A Festive Feast celebratory meal, with fun and games for the kids
vii. Choice of one optional activity to add to the holiday, such as a snowmobile safari, husky safari or reindeer safari
viii. Snow suits and boots for the duration of their stay
ix. Support throughout their stay from an Inghams Destination Expert
(a) The above prize will be subject to the Prize Terms below:
i. The trip must be taken between 29th November 2026 – 20th December 2026, on preferred dates, subject to availability
ii. The trip prize can be redeemed on one booking only. It cannot be split across separate bookings.
iii. Optional extra activities or extra people can be added onto the booking at the winner's cost and subject to availability.
iv. Travel to the airport is not included, and any costs of travel to and from the airport in the UK (including flights booked independently of the prize package, i.e. to join the flight to Lapland from the UK), travel insurance, parking, food, and drink outside of the hotel meal plan, spending money, and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize.

(b) Prize winner will be responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, travel insurance and will comply with European Union's new Entry/Exit System (EES)

General Terms:

23. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion.
24. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting a prize or for your email address details being incorrect or invalid which means the Promoter is prevented from contacting you. Nothing in these rules shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence
25. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Prize Draw at any time, or to withdraw the promotion altogether for reasons beyond the Promoter's control. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered
26. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
27. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
28. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so
30. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
31. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
