2. Matalan Me customers registering to attend the event must be residents of England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over.
3. Matalan Me members only.

How to Register to attend the event
5. The event registration will be hosted at https://cloud.matalanemail.co.uk/RewardsMMEvent2630 and https://cloud.matalanemail.co.uk/allMMEvent2630
6. Event attendees will need to be signed up to Matalan Me, but do not need to opt in to Matalan Me to attend the event. All attendees must use their Matalan Me card (or Matalan Me Reward card number) to gain access to the event.
7. Event attendees must enter their name and email address in the web form and press submit to register to secure their place at the event and agree that they consent to the T&Cs of the event. Registrations will be automatically given their place at the event by clicking ‘BOOK YOUR PLACE’.
8. Registration details will be used to administer the event and send event confirmation and event reminder emails. Details will be used in accordance with the Matalan privacy policy, see https://www.matalan.co.uk/customer-services/privacy.list
9. When registering for the event, attendees will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Matalan. If event attendees choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Matalan for the purposes of marketing (which may include news of products and services including store events, offers, promotions and sale information, which we feel will be of interest to you, from Matalan).
10. Registrations will be accepted up until the event takes place.
11. One registration per person.
12. No purchase necessary.
13. Event attendees will be expected to take part in reasonable publicity associated with the promotion, including but not limited to the Promoter publishing photos of the event on the Promoter’s website, email and its social media. In accepting to attend this event, you agree to take part in such promotional activity. Please speak to a member of the event team at the event if you do not wish to take part in this promotional material.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the event and VIP perks with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
15. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the event is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon registration. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions or for any reason at its absolute discretion.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate event attendees or accept any liability for any loss, damage, liabilities, personal injury, death or disappointment incurred or suffered by you occurring as a result of registering or attending the event or for your email address details being incorrect or invalid which means the Promoter is prevented from contacting you. Nothing in these rules shall exclude the liability of the Promoter its agents or distributors or that of their employees for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Event at any time, or to withdraw the promotion altogether for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control. The VIP perks are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash alternative to the Event or VIP perks will be offered.
20. The event will be governed by English law and attendees to the event submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
